About us… We are on a mission…

A mission to help communities in Peru to maintain their long-standing traditions of producing ethical handcrafts,. The same crafts that adorn our own living spaces and wardrobes, which we wish to promote the quality and appeal of to a wider, deserving audience.

We go by the name of Claudia and Filip. A little bit about us…

Claudia has spent her entire life in Lima, Peru working as a Lawyer and juggling her career with volunteer work helping out the community. It was during her volunteering exploits that she connected with a number of suppliers who were willing to adjust their prices in order to help the community, through the supply of affordable garments in order to help people in need during the winter months. Eventually, her career led her to the UK where an opportunity arose to import handcrafted goods via her existing contacts, thus helping these businesses whilst bringing in quality goods at affordable prices to the European market.

Filip was born in Croatia and has lived in the UK since the early ’90s. He has visited Peru with Claudia, and it was during this trip that Claudia introduced him to the wonderful world of Peruvian handcrafts of millenary traditions & heritage.

With a shared passion for entrepreneurship and fair trade, we decided to give birth to Qori Home. We hope that you enjoy our offering as much as we do ourselves.
